We have stayed here so many times over the year's. We Loved every minute. Have not Had a chance to go back because of my health issues and Deaths in my family. I want so much to plan to make another trip. We Love to go at the end of November or the Middle of December. Everything is Decorated. Please if you have not been make a trip..

Stayed here over this past weekend. We have passed the sign many times an it always reads older then some cleaner then most and they sure didnt lie on that part. These are by far the cleanest rooms ive ever stayed in. This will be our go to spot for mini get aways. We've stayed in all kinds of places but these rooms were the cleanest! And the price OMG!!! Its either sacrificing clean and price yoj tend to never get both at once!! But here you definitely do!

Room was quite good/clean, great price too, can’t beat it. Amenities were quite good also. Linens could have been slightly cleaner, but still good. We would easily stay here again if we are in the area!

Stayed here for a night during a trip to see my niece’s volleyball tournament. I just needed a place to sleep and this motel was perfect. So cheap! But really liked the updated rooms (comfortable beds, clean white linens and duvet covers, nice pillows) and the room was super clean. Shower had great pressure and wonderfully hot water. Motel was quiet for sleeping, front desk staff nice. It’s a simple spot with no frills, but if that’s all you need, a perfect stay!

I checked in March 9th - was due to leave 16th but extended it twice and left the 20th Very clean and Grace in the office made my vacation very memorable. She was always happy to see me and worked to extend my stay. Her staff are also very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this motel as I always felt safe and the price was great. Rooms very clean. Thank you Grace. I shall stay there again next time I'm in town.

Great place to stay. Rooms are updated and very clean. The office staff is great. We had an issue with the TV he came right away and got it updated and working as they were putting new ones in the rooms. We would stay there again

It is an older motel, but it is clean and was a nice place to stay. The room had two TVs because they are switching them out and neither was working, but I just used my phone. The people were nice. This was the second timecI had stayed there in the last few years.

Gracie at the welcome desk is very kind, pleasant and wants your stay to be a good happy one and memorable. The cleanest rooms that I have ever seen even in upscale Hotels. For the price this Gem is an exceptional value. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I was honestly surprised by how nice this hotel was for the price. Based on the photos and rates, I expected a standard hotel room with the beds side-by-side, but our room actually had a separate bedroom behind its own door, which was a great surprise. It also included a nice-sized kitchenette that made the room feel much more spacious and comfortable than expected. The value was excellent compared to many nearby hotels in the same price range that had significantly worse reviews. The room was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. The service was also great. I arrived very late, around 1:00 AM, after getting stuck in traffic on my way to town. I called ahead to confirm late check-in wouldn’t be an issue, and the 24/7 front desk made the process smooth and stress-free. The only downside was the road layout when leaving the hotel. The location itself is actually very convenient—it’s close to the Pigeon Forge strip and Walmart—but because of the divided highway, getting out can require crossing lanes and making a U-turn. If you miss it, you’ll end up making another U-turn. That said, this is completely due to the road design and not the hotel’s fault. Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again. Great room, great service, and excellent value for the money.
